Brother William K. Roberson, pastor of the Church at Welch Tract, Delaware County, writes as follows:
"Let it for the present, suffice to say, there is nothing very special among us we are favored with peace and harmony among ourselves. The teachers of Philadelphia seem to pity us here in Delaware, and are going to send some Missionaries to convert us, etc. I think they will have a hard task to perform, at least with some of us, while we have our Bibles in our hands, and the light of the Holy Spirit to direct us. We believe that regeneration is affected, not by human might or power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord".
