I often trembled at the fear the effrontery to
hear people speak in trivial manner,
"Seek the truth and the truth shall set you free." This trite
expression has become the slogan of the religious and civil society of
today, to purport as an excuse to justify their ignorance. Truth is
absolute in nature and character, it has no variations nor changing; it
is an evidence of the immutability of God in all things both in creation
and His covenant to His people. It is irresistible and indispensable
to mortal beings in this temporal world. Whatever visible and tangible,
are things subject to vanity and shall perish, therefore, it is not
real. It is not also a concept, whereby one must hold on by reasons of
facts, as the natural senses of the body to respond to the so-called
'stimuli'. Truth is eternal, a life itself that endures forever. The
Lord says, "Ye shall know (not seek) the truth and the truth shall make
you free." It is not a condition set to the sons of men to know, but a
declaration bestowed upon His people to have the knowledge of what
truth is. The Spirit of God will guide them into all truth, and not
lead them into falsehood to worship idols and images, teach fables,
fairy tales, superstitions, witchcraft and other contrivances of men to
venerate the things of this world, Not the theology of the Pelagians and
Arminians on 'How to get saved' and 'How to get blessings from God with
effectual prayers; these are lies to make merchandise of men, with
craftiness and deceit, shall they teach the doctrines of men, just for
gains. God has not given us any formula or method how to get saved, or
get blessings from Him through effectual prayers, for these all are,
works of the flesh; God has saved His people before the world was, (2
Timothy 2:9) and given them spiritual blessings in heavenly places in
Christ Jesus (Ephesians 1:3). The Spirit of wisdom, rather teaches us
the sovereignty of God in all things, His grace, both in creation and in
salvation. That He says, "And I looked, and there was none to help,
and I wondered that there was none to uphold; therefore mine own arm
brought salvation unto me..." (Isaiah 63:5) and they shall call them,
the holy people, the redeemed of the Lord, and thou shalt call them
"Sought out', a city not forsaken. (Isaiah 62:12). Material blessings
are providence commensurate to the needs of everyone. His people cannot
have more, than what God has given them, they cannot be, what they are,
than what God has made them, they shall not be in wanting for they shall
be filled and satisfied with goodness of the Lord within the veil. The
prosperity of the world belongs to the wicked and why should we envy
them for this is their rewards, let them prosper. (Psalms 73:3) "And
the truth shall make you free", free from hunger and thirst, free
sorrows and pain, despair and weariness, cold and heat, diseases,
ageing, hope and prayers, for the substance of things hoped for, are now
seen, free from ignorance, doubts and fears, for no man shall teach his
neighbor. free from poverty for life is abundant therein; free from
growing in knowledge for God is with us; free from sin and desires; all
these shall flee and be gone forever and eternal love and felicity
reign supreme; for the LORD IS THERE...
